19th City of Venice International Backgammon Tournament

World Backgammon Association (WBA) Founded in 2001 in Beverly Hills California by Chiva K. Tafazzoli and is dedicated to the game of Backgammon. During these years the WBA has become the leading authority of the game.

What does the package include?

The package includes a flight, 5 days (4 nights) accommodation, 50 Euros a day spending money and a FREE entrance to one of the most prestige backgammon events worldwide where you can win huge money prizes. Start playing

Where and When?

The event will be held between November 29th to December 2nd in ca` vendramin calergi, the historical 1500 palace on the gran canal, which hosts the glamorous casino of Venice in the city center.

How do I win?

Every Saturday, starting October 20th to November 10th, we will conduct a special tournament. 32 players will get paid with a total prize pool of $1000. The winner of this tournament will get an immediate 120 Euros and could start packing…

How will you contact me if I win?

Once a player wins the "ITALY" our customer support team will contact him by phone no longer than 48 hours after he won.

Entry fees:

The entry fee for the "Italy" tournament is 44 Euros. You can also enroll to one of the "Italy" satellite tournaments for a lower buy-in.

What is Satellite tournament?
A "Satellite Tournament" is a tournament in which the winner(s) receive a free entry to another tournament.
What are the advantages?
Use the lower buy-in of the "Satellite Tournament" instead of the direct buy-in which is higher.

Sit & Go: Every day all day long (From October 14th to November 9th)

Sit & Go Backgammon tournaments begin when a predefined number of players register.
We know each customer has different preferences therefore we created several kinds of "Italy tour Sit & Go tournaments" so you can choose the one you like the best:

Play against 15 other players, Buy-In is only 2.75 Euros
Play against 7 other players, Buy-In is 5.5 Euros
Play only against 3 other players, Buy-In is 11 Euros

The winner of each Sit & Go tournament will get a free entrance to the ITALY tournament from which he can win the big Prize as well as money prizes.

Gammon empire™`s Event Backgammon tournaments begin when a predefined date and time is viewed on the Software. Join the tournament and begin to play!!! The Buy-In for that tournament is only 0.69 Euros!!!
